I had a strange experience when we stayed at a house we had recently purchased near willow court. I was woken up in the middle of the night by a person calling out please come christine over and over it seemed to be in the house I woke my partner who went to investigate and found nothing. I whole thing was strange as I had had a dream a few months earlier here in victoria that I was standing on a Hill overlooking Hobart in a long dress I was only a child and I told someone I lived at Black hills. I had no idea where it was and then after we brought the house in new norfolk I found out it was called black hills at one stage and that there is still an area nearby called blackhills. The purchase of the house in it self was strange as we were looking for a property in tasmania and had arranged to look at a property there with an agent. we had to fill in time so took a drive to lachlan. on the way I glanced over and saw a for sale sign on a house. private sale. we stopped and took the number down which out much interest, even though I liked the look of the house. we saw the other house and did not like it so we started to drive back to hobart as we had a plane to catch. on the way I decided to call the numberon my mobile without much hope as the house looked beyond our finances. the woman answered and told us that she had been going to take down for sale notice day before but she had not got around to it. the house she wanted to buy had fallen through. I enquired if we could possibly have a look she was reluctantas she had business in hobart in 30 mins we hurried back and had a look. I convinced my partner even though we had had a five minute look at the house that it was the house I wanted. we called her back and negotiated a price that fell in our finances. we only had to pay $200 deposit so able to arrange a loan with out bank in vic for rest. It was just all strange after we went there to clean house up for rental that I brought that book and saw the info about black hills

i was there from 66 to 70. your photos show shit! You think the 1800's were bad and your photos of a few wards are accurate, think again. You ,like many others, have no idea of what occured during the period March 11 1968 and the following years. I have been trying for years to find documented evidence as to what happened back then but,conveniently,records are restricted or not available.
