In the video creator? You can't, sorry.
If you meant the Flash slideshow player, you can add wmode="transparent" to your object tag, but keep in mind that the mobile (HTML5) version of your slideshow cannot be made transparent. You would need to customize the player settings to match the background color of your web page. There's a link to customize your mobile player on your slideshow page.
