Hi,
When I upload photos that are sideways or upside down, the rotation tool does not always work to turn the photos upright. Sometimes the tool will turn the photos once but leave it on its side, or it will not rotate it at all.
Also, once a photo is uploaded, is there a way to rotate it before putting it in a slideshow? Or is there a way to rotate it once it is in a slideshow?

Once you've uploaded your photo it can only be rotated right after upload. All images should rotate correctly, but it's possible the page isn't updating the thumbnail of the image correctly due to browser caching.

What causes browser caching? Can browser caching be fixed or changed?

You can try out all of the features before you buy. The only limitation is slideshow size and the Slideroll logo appearing.
