I have tried to export the file with Slideroll Video Creator, with music that comes with the program. The Slideroll Video Creator exports with only an option for adding your own music (mp3) from your computer. If I don't choose this option, it won't keep the music already added to the file. What can be done about this?

This is correct - the video creator cannot use the Slideroll music because Slideroll music is short loops, and video does not support music loops.
If you want to use Slideroll music, I'd recommend simply using the regular slideshow and embedding that onto your site or on a social network using the share tools. The regular slideshow is smaller, better quality, and quicker to load.
