When I publish my slideshow using the embedded code it does not show up directly. You must click on a box that says free slideshow. How can I have that removed and show my slideshow directly on to my website?

You should get the fully embedded slideshow, unless the code you are pasting is being modified somehow.  What software or CMS are you using to edit your web site?
