I had tried unsuccessfully 6 times to create a video using the slideroll video creator. I am so %$#%..right now. I have correctly downloaded the slides link but the only thing that plays is the music no pictures when the video plays. Help!

Sorry to hear about your problems.
What media player are you using to play back the video? Did it play within the application after encoding?
Did you make sure that the application was not minimized or obscured during the capture? Also, did the screensaver happen to go on before it was done?
Have you tried it without music to see if that may be the problem?
Of course, if you cannot get this to work for you, I am happy to give you a refund. I am sorry that it is not working, and that you've had to waste time doing this six times. I understand your frustration!
