whenever i try to upload photos from my computer to slideshow creator it says error uploading image.  it doesn't say why and i'm not sure what to do.

Hi there,
I could not upload my photos from my computer to slideshow creator. I kept getting the following message: "error uploading image. Try again or contact us for help."
