Dear Customers,
Today, starting at approximately 3:30pm PDT, we experience a network outage for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. This was due to a hardware failure at the data center in Virginia. The issue was discovered within 3 minutes and our service providers brought in their full resources to rectify the problem quickly.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
