I upgraded to pro and my option buttons are not working. the text for pictures and the yin yang for effects is not working. also, why cant i upload my own music so it will loop? i have used the video creator and uploaded music that way, but it either speeds up my slideshow when i configure it to the length of the music, or it cuts my slideshow short if i don't. please help, thank you

In order for the text and yin-yang buttons to work, you must add a photo to your timeline and then click to select that photo in the timeline. Then, those buttons will activate. I believe that the yin-yang button only works from the second photo onward since the first photo always fades in and doesn't transition (since there is no photo before it.)
The music in the video creator does not loop because here is no technical way to loop audio in the video. You can only match the length of a song.
