All,
I have received news that Paypal's subscription service seems to be down for some people. It appears to be working normally for Slideroll.com, however if you run into problems with your subscription, please log in and contact me via the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

Hello I upgraded to the pro version and still cannot see the upgrade can you please help me with this problem. I would also like to email slide shows and galleries that I make and so far have not been able to do this. I would also like to enable or disable file names or and a comment to the image.

Hi!
Your payment has not cleared yet. Once it clears in the Paypal system, your account will be upgraded. To check the status, simply log into your Paypal account on paypal.com and check the transaction in your account overview or history.
What exactly have you not been able to do with e-mailing? Are you not able to understand how to e-mail the slideshows, or did you try it and the e-mail was not received?
You can add captions to any image in any slideshow in the slideshow creator. Just click on a shot in the timeline and click the (a) button to add a caption, then when you publish make sure "display captions" is checked.
For Gallery AV, you can also add comments to any photo in the gallery. Just double-click on a photo while you are arranging, then type in a caption.

Thanks Geoff I did check PayPal and the payment has not cleared yet and I'm sorry for freaking out. I do like the program and looking forward to doing some intresting things with it and please keep up the great work you are doing.
