Attention Slideroll Members,
In response to a pending lawsuit, Microsoft has just released a patch for their Internet Explorer 6 browser. This patch effects how you view multimedia content embedded on web pages. For those of you that have this patch installed, you will need to manually activate multimedia content by clicking on it.
To read more about this patch, click here (Microsoft.com).
I've installed this patch myself in order to test out Slideroll's functionality. Slideroll Slideshows still play perfectly, however, if you want to pause them or otherwise interact with them in any way, you will need to click once on the slideshow first. This is also true for the Slideshow Creator.
The patch in question is patch KB912945, and is an optional upgrade in the Windows Update center. I do not recommend that you install this patch, as it adds another layer of complexity to your web browsing experience. This patch is in no way security-related.

Dear Members,
I've discovered that for those of you who have this patch installed, if you try to visit the easy upload page to install via drag and drop, your browser will crash completely without error or warning message.
Hopefully this issue will be resolved before too many people install this patch. If you have it installed, I recommend you uninstall it.
Thanks! Geoff

Dear Members,
I've taken steps to fix the browser crashing problem caused by the new Internet Explorer patch. This involved changes to the image upload pages. Let me know if you run into any problems with image uploads.
Thanks, Geoff

Hi!
Too see the slideshows, all you need is the flash player 7 or greater:
Visit this page to install:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=Shockwaveflash
I'm not sure what your native language is, but here's the page in alternate languages:
In Spanish: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&Lang=Spanish
Portuguese translation: http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=pt-BR&sl=en&u=http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi%3FP1_Prod_Version%3DShockwaveFlash&sa=X&oi=translate&resnum=1&ct=result&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dinstall%2Bflash%2Bplayer%26hl%3Dpt-BR%26sa%3DG
