Hello, I was recently assigned to begin taking care of our company's website, despite not being the most technically advanced. So I apologize if some of this is obvious.
I needed to create a new slideshow with photos from Flickr. First of all, I tried to make the slideshow the same dimensions as our other, previously created free slideshows, but the auto response said that it was too big for a free account. Is this something that has changed recently.
Either way, I tried to make the slide show, but when I auto created it, it would just zoom into the upper left-hand quadrant and would not zoom out, the perspective just shakes. So I tried to do it manually, but on the pan and zoom, a corner of the picture seems to be anchored to the bottom, right hand corner and I cannot make it pan.
I tried to load our other slideshows to see if they might give me a clue, but none of them will load the slides completely. On Friday, in fact, I waited 45 minutes for one slideshow.
Unfortunately, nobody here had anything to do with the creation of the previous slideshows, and I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Shawn Maher re: http://www.chaseco.net

Sorry for the delay in responding. I'm not sure if Flickr's API is still live, it's been so long. Have you tried using photos you've uploaded to Slideroll directly?
