I've signed up and paid for a pro account, however when I log in - it still says I have the free version!
Please advise.

For some odd reason, Paypal did not send an automated notification to our server. I've verified your subscription and upgraded your account.

You appear to have already been upgraded. Most likely your payment was still pending when you logged back in.

Looks like you are upgraded. Sometimes Paypal payments get stuck in a "pending" period and the upgrade is not instant in that case.
