Hi, I get all the way to the "coding" section of creating a video out of my slideshow, and then it says there was an error. I've reduced file size, made sure the photo names are short, done everything I can think of to fix it, but I've tried over and over and get the same error where the little flashing cube is "coding", and I need help.

I'm assuming you mean "encoding". What operating system are you running? Are you adding music?

I followed up via e-mail. Try the encoding without the music. If it works, then we'll know it's a problem with the music file.
