I was wondering if there is a best guess on how long a 100MB video would be that is made with the slideroll video creator.

Um... it's impossible to guess, considering it is highly dependent on the imagery and sound in the video.  The complexity of the images and sound as well as motion and how often scenes change have a huge impact on size.
