Hi! I don't see it on your account, either. Did you log in within the application and publish it to Slideroll?
There are several methods for publish: Export SWF, FTP Upload and Publish to Slideroll. If you do the latter, you will be prompted for your username and password on Slideroll, and then you can choose public or private, and then it will be uploaded. Finally, after it is uploaded, a link to the slideshow will be presented to you.

I have tried many times to up load my gallery to slide roll. I clicked published I selected private.. it gave me the option to log in and all it does keep showing that it is logging on and sending my login information to Slideroll. I tried this on FireFox and Explorer. I never had this issue before. Please advise.

I don't quite understand. You are using Gallery AV, but logging in with a web browser?
The most common reasons for Gallery AV to not be able to communicate with Slideroll are:
1. Firewall or Antivirus software is blocking the application from connecting to the internet. Check the firewall or antivirus application and make sure that you add Gallery AV to its list of allowed applications.
2. In Windows 7, some application are blocked from accessing the internet unless they were installed with administrator privelages. Instead of running the application with a double-click on the icon, right-click on the icon and select "Run as administrator..."
Let me know if that helps!

I have encountered the same issue. Loaded slideshow and attempted to upload to both private and public. Each time I receive the Oops notification and given prompt to re-enter login. After that point it states it's uploading, but it locks up. I've been using this product for months with no problems at all. I checked my firewall software to ensure it's accepted and I've reloaded the program as well.

Sorry about this. Turns out our web host misconfigured the server recently. This problem has been fixed.
