How long should I expect it to take to download my video in Slideroll Video Creator? I have a ten minute slideshow and I'm still waiting... been at least 1/2 hour...
Also, I could not log into Video Creator with my username and password. I pasted the url where my slideshow was located into the other option and it seems to be working, it says it's downloading, but again, is taking a very long time...

Sounds like you have a very long slideshow. It's going to take a while to download because it's very large. Also, you may run into problems with capture and encoding because it is indeed so large. If possible, I'd recommend dividing it into two or three slideshows.
Are you using version 0.90b of the video creator? I have not noticed any login problems with this version. Do you get any kind of errors?

Actually, now that I think about it, there may be another issue.
For the downloading part, you should see a little percentage at the bottom left corner of the slideshow window. Do you see that number increasing?
If not, and if you can't log in, I'd bet you have some internet security software or firewall running that is preventing the video creator from accessing the internet.
Check that and try again!
