I've just fixed a bug that can corrupt slideshow data. This is in version 0.8b1 of the slideshow creator
If you are running into a problem publishing, it may be due to this bug. Unfortunately, any slideshows saved before this time may have been corrupted by this bug. The possibility is small, however.
The bug occurs if you were to place some shots on the timeline, delete one or more in the middle, save your slideshow, reopen it, and add more shots.
The only way to fix a slideshow corrupted by this bug is to clear the timeline, save, reopen, clear again, and save, then start building your slideshow again. At that point, it is probably easier to start from scratch.
As I said, this is a rare bug, and since we don't have a lot of slideshows yet, the chances that this has affected anyone is small.
This bug has been fixed. Please clear your caches and make sure that you are running version 0.9b1 or greater. To find the version, go to the 'Slideroll' menu and click 'About'.
Thanks!

Version is 0.9b2
I've added a reminder to save your project after you publish. Some users were setting 'private' on their slidehow, and then not saving after publish. This would cause the 'private' setting not to be retained upon subsequent loads in the creator. This should help people to remember to save so that their default publish settings would be saved, preventing accidental loss of privacy settings. Not technically a bug, but a usability issue.
